Candied kumquats with goat cheese, pretzel and basil, dark chocolate and fruit terrine, shrimp tower, spicy chili cream with radicchio, brioche with sweet potato cream and chard stems, marinated olives in a cracker crust, all propped up on a sculptural platform with some plates balancing on metal rods.
