Ananas Ananas is an food-art studio founded by Verónica González (Mexico City) and Elena Petrossian (Los Angeles).They create temporary food artwork for spaces and events, setting up food experiences and sculptures around the act of eating. The studio designs installations that reevaluate downfalls on the food production system, where they seek to come up with meaningful actions against food waste and sustainability in outstanding representations that communicates to the masses.
